Through our contact form we collect: full name, email address, phone number (optional), and project description. This data is used solely to process your inquiry.

Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to establish a potential business relationship. We do not use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties without your consent.

For email delivery we use Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, resend.com) as a data processor. This service receives the form data to forward it to us, based on a data processing agreement.

Contact inquiries are generally retained for up to 12 months after final handling and then deleted, unless a business relationship is formed or statutory retention duties require longer storage.

Under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) you have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous performance metrics such as route/URL, Web Vitals values, network speed, browser, device type, operating system, country, SDK information, and server-received event time. These data are processed by Vercel as part of hosting and performance monitoring and are subject to Vercel's privacy policy and data processing agreement.
